Returns & Exchanges

In case you experience any issues with one of your purchased products, please do contact us first and we will do our best to assist you. Below is a general guideline on our returns & exchange services, which we will honor as part of our satisfaction guarantee promise to you.

Returns & Refunds

Any returns must be discussed with our Customer Support in advance, and authorized so they are sent with the correct paperwork. We can only accept returns with a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number. To receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number all you need to do is to fill out our RMA form or contact your account manager who will help you out with more.

Functional Products

You may return to us any functioning product you purchase from us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (based on your method of payment). If you purchased a product from a third party, such party will provide information about eligible returns. For all returns, including warranty returns, you must pack your product in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to the product, and missing part fees may apply.

Defective Products

All our products are covered by a 12 months manufacturer warranty. In the unlikely event that one of our products should prove to be not working correctly all you need is to return this to us according to our terms of service and warranty and return policy – and we will gladly repair and return your products or even refund your money as a quick solution to help you regain your confidence in our products and services, easy!

In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair or refund under the 12 months manufacturer warranty, occurring shipping costs in returning the products is payable by you and shall not be compensated for. Make sure that you also read our Terms of Service.

Note: we will not accept responsibility for products, which, in its opinion, have been the subject of undue wear and tear, accident, misuse, improper application or neglect. Customization and logo printings are subject to a normal ware-off and are not covered by this warranty.

Return Service

Please contact Customer Service prior to returning any product to receive a return authorization form and RMA number. You will be responsible for, and pre-pay, all return shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to us. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping for your protection. We will pay for shipping to return any product to you.

Please feel free to call us at 616-419-3678 or Email us at support@wm-led.com to obtain an RMA number. Once you have obtained the RMA number, please send us your purchased product with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package and on the shipping slip if you choose to use traceable carriers such as UPS or FEDEX. Shipping fees for returns are your responsibility. Return shipping instructions and return address will be included in your RMA document that we will provide to you.

Changes to our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which this Site is offered, and we may change our Returns & Exchanges Policy to improve our customer service and/or business processes. If we decide to change our Returns & Exchanges, we will post those changes on this page and/or update the modification date below. The most current version will supersede all previous versions. You should check this page periodically to stay updated and ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective as of the modified date below, and may be updated at any time and without any further notice and displayed here.
